By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the ClearKun Windows Storage Analysis Software ("ClearKun", "the Software", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the Software.

To use certain features of ClearKun, you may be required to create an account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

• Authentication Provider: Account authentication is securely managed by Clerk. We support Google OAuth 2.0 and email sign-in. ClearKun does not receive or store your passwords.
• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details when reserving early access or creating an account.

ClearKun may be offered in "Early Access" (Beta) mode. The software is under active development, and features may be refined, updated, or optimized prior to the general public launch.

Subject to these Terms, ClearKun grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the Software on compatible Windows devices for your personal or internal business use.

• Ownership: ClearKun, its logos, interfaces, algorithms, visual design, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of ClearKun and its creators.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Software without prior express written authorization.

ClearKun is designed as a standalone utility product. Our pricing model avoids recurring subscriptions:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearKun and its authors bear no liability for any data loss, accidental file deletion, or system instability resulting from user-confirmed cleanup operations.

When accessing our website and using the Software, you agree NOT to:

• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our network endpoints or website servers.
• Circumvent licensing checks, authentication controls, or rate limits.
• Distribute malicious code, automated scraping bots, or unauthorized forks of ClearKun.

Our services incorporate trusted third-party providers including Clerk (authentication) and Supabase (database). Your interactions with these providers are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy standards.

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearKun, its creators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, downtime, or system interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to web services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or compromise the security of our platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We may update these Terms periodically. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software or website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
