General Troubleshooting Checklist

Before opening a support ticket, try these 3 quick fixes:

1. Run as Administrator: Right-click the ClearKun icon and select Run as administrator to ensure sufficient permissions to scan system temp and locked volumes.
2. Close Competing Heavy Disk Processes: Temporarily pause heavy game downloads (Steam/Epic) or antivirus full scans that may saturate disk I/O.
3. Restart the Application: Fully exit ClearKun from the system tray and relaunch.
